NAMHLANJE ngifisa sithinte ingxenye ebalulekile ebhizinisini emayelana nokuqashwa kwezisebenzi. Isikhathi esiningi sithi uma siqala amabhizinisi singalunaki lolu phiko noma sekufika isikhathi sokuthi siqashe izisebenzi sikhethe ngobungani, hhayi ngamakhono adingwa yizikhundla zomsebenzi ebhizinisini.

Yenza isiqiniseko sokuthi uma uqasha uhambisa ngemigudu evumelekile yokuqasha abantu esetshenziswa yizinkampani esezimnkantshubomvu endimeni. Ungakhohlwa wukubheka imuva lawo wonke umuntu omqashayo, ukuze ungazitholi ususenkingeni yokuqasha umgulukudu noma ihlongandlebe.

Wonke umuntu omqashayo kumele abe nenkontileka ngisho ngabe umzomqasha isikhathi esifishane kangakanani.

Yenza isiqiniseko sokuthi wonke umuntu omqashayo uyafundiswa ngemigudu noma izindlela zokusebenza zenkampanini. Wonke umuntu kumele abe nencazelo ephelele ukuthi hlobo luni lomsebenzi azolenza; ukuze kungabi khona ukudideka, uthole abantu sebeshayisana ngamakhanda bebanga umsebenzi ngenxa yokungazazi kahle ukuthi kanti baqashelweni.

Njalo uma uthola ithuba, khuluma nezisebenzi zakho, uzazise ukuthi ziwenza kanjani umsebenzi eziqashelwe wona. Uma kukhona lapho zintekenteke khona, zihlelele ukuqeqeshwa ngendlela ezifanele, ukuze zikwazi ukuqinisa amakhono azo lapho zingezinhle khona.

Kufanele kuleyo nkontileka kube namagama aphelele nesibongo somuntu ozoqashwa nemininingwane yenkampani, igama lenkampani nekheli layo. Nomqashwa liyadingeka ikheli lakhe, kube nesivumelwano sokuthi uzosebenza amahora amangaki ngelanga noma ngesonto namahora engeziwe, uma kuzokwenzeka. Loku akufanele kusale nangephutha.
